Treatment approach

Care may include:

  • Balance and control training

  • Load management for tendons

  • Movement retraining

  • Manual therapy or dry needling as appropriate

  • One-on-one 50–55 minute sessions

  • Individualized progression based on tolerance

  • Clear guidance for return to activity

  • Friday appointment availability
