By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these practice policies.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Because all sessions at Flourish Physical Therapy are one-on-one and reserved specifically for you, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged the full session fee.
This policy allows us to respect clinician time and offer availability to other patients who may be waiting for care.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended.

If you arrive too late to safely or effectively complete your session, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.
Illness & Emergencies
Unexpected illness or true emergencies are handled with flexibility and compassion. If something unforeseen arises, please notify us as soon as possible.
