From Center Stage to Specialized Clinical Care.

My career as a dancer didn’t end the way I planned, but it led me exactly where I needed to be—expertly caring for the complex bodies that others couldn't figure out.
When injury sidelined my professional dance career, I found myself adrift in a medical system that didn't understand hypermobility or the unique demands of a performing artist. I was dismissed by clinicians who saw my 'normal' range of motion as fine, ignoring the instability and chronic pain that shadowed every move. I knew there had to be a better way—one that combined high-level medical science with the lived experience of an athlete.
Flourish Physical Therapy was born from that frustration. As a DPT who lives with hypermobility myself, I started this practice to provide the specialized, 1-on-1 care I desperately needed then. I don't use aides or assistants. Every session is 55-60 minutes dedicated to finding the root cause of your pain and building a path toward sustainable strength, whether you're a teen on the hypermobility spectrum or a seasoned performer looking for answers.
